1. What are your delivery times?
*Please note that due to COVID-19, most delivery options are slower than usual and might take longer to arrive. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands, but from our end, we ensure to send out orders as soon as possible.
Our products take approximately 2-5 business days to get ready, they are then shipped as follows:
- U.S: 5 - 7 business days
- Canada: 10 - 15 business days
- International: 15 - 30 business days
2. How much is shipping?
- U.S: $8
- Canada: $10
- International: $12.50
3. What is the return policy?
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 15 days after delivery for a refund. Please email us with the issue at email@example.com. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.
4. How are your products made?
The designs are drawn and hand-painted using watercolours. The paintings are then professionally scanned and reproduced onto different items.
5. You mentioned a percentage of our purchases are going to help those in need, how so?
The current charity we are donating a percentage of our proceeds to is a transitional shelter for women and children in Canada called Nisa Homes. Our contribution will go towards conducting art therapy programs for the women and children there. We know first hand the importance of art for self care, as this is partly how Naqsha was born, especially for those who have experienced trauma and abuse. We hope this contribution will help their on their path of recovery and healing.
